Coupled with the BMP/ProMini intake & the Milltek header, the Magnaflow 15741 is quite loud at wide open throttle. The stock MINI is essentially silent at idle and not much louder when on the throttle. The Magnaflow is probably the loudest catalytic converter-back exhaust available for the MINI Cooper. This unit produced considerably more refined throttle response. I was very surprised with the improvement the first time I pulled out of the driveway after having just installed it. Needless to say, the top end was improved. Upward of 4k RPM & the MINI really moves, especially after the tailored Engine Control Unit modification from Motoren Technik Hoelzl.
