Doug was smart enough to do a base run dyno while his A3 is still all stock. I wish I had done the same with my MINI. If I've got a day to burn and $75 to spare, I might put the MINI back to stock and get it dyno'd as such to better compare to my dyno with modifications. We'll see.
Doug's A3 had some great results. Factory spec is 200BHP @ 5100-6000RPM and 207lb.-ft. torque @ 1800-5000RPM. His dyno at the wheels yielded 192.2WHP @ 5800RPM and 201.4lb.-ft. torque @ 3000RPM.
